Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Infinite Rizz mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Infinite Rizz is an AI-powered conversation assistant that provides:

• AI-generated pickup lines and opening messages
• Smart reply suggestions based on chat screenshots
• Professional message drafting with voice-to-text input
• A curated library of pickup lines

The App uses anonymous authentication. No email address, phone number, or personally identifiable login credentials are required. Your account is identified by a unique anonymous identifier.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any activity that occurs under your account.

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the App's Profile settings. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

The App provides limited features at no cost, including:

• A limited number of AI generations per day
• Access to a limited selection of pickup lines
• Ad-supported experience

Infinite Rizz Pro unlocks:

• Unlimited AI generations
• Ad-free experience
• Full access to the pickup line library

Subscriptions are processed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Payment is managed entirely by the platform store; we do not have access to your payment information.

Subscription prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your platform store's subscription settings.

Refund requests must be directed to Google Play or Apple App Store according to their respective refund policies.

We do not process refunds directly.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to generate content that is harmful, abusive, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit
• Use the App to impersonate others or generate deceptive content
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, subscription gates, or security measures
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the App
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit AI-generated content from the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or servers

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and original content, is owned by Xevon Labs and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

AI-generated content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may use generated content for personal conversations, but you may not:

• Claim authorship of AI-generated content for commercial purposes
• Resell or redistribute AI-generated content as a product or service
• Use AI-generated content to deceive or mislead others about its origin

Any content you input into the App (text, images) remains yours. You retain ownership of your inputs. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of providing the service.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or appropriate
• The App will meet your specific requirements
• Defects will be corrected

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, XEVON LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruption or computer damage
• Cost of substitute services
• Any damages resulting from AI-generated content or your use of such content

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xevon Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of a third party
• AI-generated content you share or distribute

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
