Xevon Labs operates as a hybrid tech studio:

• Client Services: We provide custom software development, mobile application creation, and AI automation services. Specific terms, deliverables, and payment schedules for client work will be governed by individual project contracts.
• Consumer Applications: We develop and publish our own digital products (e.g., Amoura AI, LumenLyric).

When using apps developed and published by Xevon Labs:

• Specific App Terms: Certain apps (like Amoura AI) may have their own specific Terms of Service and Privacy Policies baked into the app. In such cases, those specific terms supersede these general terms regarding the use of that specific app.
• Subscriptions & App Stores: Any purchases or subscriptions made within our apps are processed through respective app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play) and are subject to their specific payment and refund policies.
• User Content: You retain ownership of any content you create or upload within our apps, but you grant Xevon Labs a license to host and display that content as necessary to operate the app.

All original content, features, code, and functionality on this Website and within our proprietary apps are owned by Xevon Labs and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

Xevon Labs shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website, services, or applications.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
